4.  Joiners     :     Main door in teak wood frame with B.S.T finish flush door and other doors are with country wood frame with design skin door. Toilet PVC doors with frames.
5.  Windows     :     Aluminum P.C open type windows with light colors.
6.  Kitchen     :     Granite cooking platform top with Single bowl. Stainless Steel sink, Wall dado up to 2'0" height for Platform area using 12" × 8" tiles.
7.  Toilet     :     Glazed tile dado up to 7’0” Height for walls, Anti skid Tiles for flooring.
8.  Sanitary fittings     :     Hindware / Parryware make closets and wash basin . Metro fittings will be provided.
9.  Electricals     :     Three phase supply with independent meters. Concealed multi stranded copper wiring with Necessary points, T.V. Telephone & geyser points With Moduler type (Anchor Roma / Pointer) switches and distribution box with MCB.
10. Extra Work     :     As per requirement by client at extra cost.
